About UP Sewayojan
Sewayojan Employment offices of Uttar Pradesh is also trying to provide job opportunities in the private sector to unemployed candidates. Job fairs are organized by job offices to invite unemployed candidates and employers to a location where the employer selects the unemployed candidates based on their needs. And unemployed candidates also have the possibility to select the institute / company as per their choice.

To participate in the job fairs, job applicants need to first register on the job portal. Arrangements have also been made to register on the said employer portal like unemployed candidates. After registration, employers can upload their institute vacancies on the Sewayojan job portal. In respect of previous vacancies, the mail generated by the system will be sent to the unemployed candidates whose profile matches their jobs, so that they can apply to the prescribed number in the order of arrival.
This process will be done under National Career Services. The portal also provides for displaying the list of such applicants in the scheduler and admin panel. Based on the above employer list, candidates can be classified as per their requirements. Candidates of that rank list are invited to participate in job fairs via email from the appropriate employment officer. The event will be edited by the district committee concerned. After selection, the employer will make the list of selected candidates available to the concerned Employment Officer, which will be uploaded by them on the said portal.
